ABOUT US

WE ARE EXPERTS IN LEADING DEVELOPMENT PROCESSES IN LARGE ENTERPRISES THAT ARE BASED ON EXPERIENTIAL HANDS-ON IMPLEMENTATION.

Entropy Organizational Development (formerly, Game of Life) was established in 2007 with its objective being to advise, accompany and guide organizations through a process of change in an efficient and professional manner, whilst doing so in a fun and engaging way. Over the years we were privileged to have worked with hundreds of various organizations, from all sectors, as well as with hundreds of thousands of executives and employees. In 2014, ‘Game of Life’ joined the Entropy Group, who is a leader in Israel in providing advanced and comprehensive advisory services.

Our uniqueness stems from a combination of, knowledge and validated academic research models of operation in the field of positive organizational psychology, and Gamification, which serves as a valuable application tool in the fields of implementation and instruction.

We lead organizational learning, change and implementation processes according to a unique method we developed, named ‘On the Job Playing’, or OJP in short, which provides the tools of bridging the gap that exists between knowledge and the ability to act on it. Instead of simply talking about things – it is our belief that games motivate participants to actively partake and experience what is being talked about. Our motto, which we follow throughout the entire journey, is – simple, professional, short and enjoyable, or the acronym ‘SPSE’.

Amongst the models we developed, you can find the ‘Playdagogy’ (a combination of the words ‘play’ and ‘pedagogy’). This model facilitates the conception and development of creative and novel methods for optimal learning. It further facilitates the creation and development of, experiential learning activities that result in the implementation and internalization of exceptionally complex concepts, challenging and enjoyable learning experiences regardless of the target audience, a variety of instructional and implemental tools, and last but not least, joy amongst employees of the process as well as its results. The model is being taught in different academic institutions and is considered a unique, one-of-a-kind model in the world. The model is also suitable, and in fact applied in educational systems as a tool to develop independent learning, which is both fun and effective.
